Kofi Ampofo Agyapong – (CHAIRMAN)
Kofi Ampofo Agyapong is a product of the University of Ghana Business School and holds an Executive MBA-Finance from the University. He also has Bachelor of Arts (Hon) from the same University.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana and the Institute of Financial Services of the School of Finance (formally Chartered Institute of Bankers of UK). He started work in the banking industry in 1996 as a Banking Officer with the Agricultural Development Bank. He joined CAL Bank Limited in March 1998 and worked in various roles/positions as part of the Senior Management Team of the Bank until March 2010 when he joined the Export Development and Investment Fund as Director of Operations.

He was a Member of the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana between 2001 and 2008 and has also been a Member of the Board of Directors of Adansi Rural Bank, a strong and fast growing rural bank since 2001. He is currently the Managing Director of Best Point Savings and Loans Limited, a position he has held since the inception of the Company in 2013.

He has attended a number of courses and workshops in diverse fields in banking including Credit Management, Banking Operations, Marketing, Asset and Liability Management, Customer Service etc. From his working life in the banking industry and indeed other sectors, he has developed excellent skills for Banking Operations, Credit Management including ensuring good credit portfolio quality, growth and sustainability, planning and budgeting, corporate governance, customer service etc.

Kwaku Duah Berchie: Pan African Savings & Loans (Vice Chairman)
Mr. Kwaku Duah Berchie is an accomplished and experienced banking and finance professional. He is the Chief Operating Officer for Pan-African Savings and Loans Company Ltd.

He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management, a degree from the DeVry University, and a Diploma in Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana. He is a certified expert in Microfinance and a Financial Inclusion enthusiast. Kwaku has also been an adjunct lecturer of Finance at the GTUC/Coventry MBA programme. He has been facilitating models like Financial Analysis for Managers, Corporate Finance, International Financial Markets, and Institutional Investments.

Kwaku’s career spans across industries and sectors. He has management and executive experience in electronic store sales, warehousing, shipping, real estate, entertainment, consultancy, and tax management. After spending many years in the USA, he returned to Ghana where he currently resides. He has worked with Pentax Management Consultancy Services, Christian Services University College, and First Allied Savings and Loans Company Ltd. Kwaku has been instrumental in capacity building, strategic planning, business development and expansion, growth strategy, and profitability in the institutions he has been involved in Ghana.
