Collins Ntim Amofa – Multicredit Savings & Loans (Secretary)
Mr. Collins Ntim Amofa has over twelve (12 years) experience in the management of human resources in the financial Sector and other related fields. He started his working career from 1983 – 1984 as a Technical Assistant at Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana at Tafo- Akim. He also worked as an Assistant Manager at Juliesei Enterprise in Accra from 1991 – 1995. From 1996 – 2001, he worked as the Programs/Reseach Officer of FAWE Ghana Chapter. He worked as the Human Resource Manager for Polytanks Ghana Limited from 2002 – 2004. Mr. Amofa also worked as the Human Resource Manager for Multimedia Broadcasting Company from 2004-2007.

He then moved into the finance Sector and worked with Multi Credit Savings and Loans Companies as the Head, Human Resource Management from January 2008 – May 2012. By dint of hard work he was promoted to the position of Human Resource & Area Manager (Southern Sector) for Multi Credit Savings and Loans Companies, a position he currently holds. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Geography & Resource Development and Political Science and an MBA (Human Resource Management) from the University of Ghana, Legon.

Isaac Kweku Arthur – Equity Savings & Loans (Treasurer)
Isaac Arthur is a Professional, Business leader and a highly motivated Manager with over 10 years’ experience in banking operations. His skills set are in the Area of Treasury management, Trade Finance, Investment analysis and Portfolio Management, Bank Operations Management, Branch Development, Operational processes and procedures, , Credit administration and Capacity Building, among others. Isaac worked with Adehyeman Savings and Loans, rising through the ranks to become the Head of Operations responsible for all the branches in the country.

In April 2013 he joined Global Access Savings & Loans as the Head of Operations in charge of Head office operations and all the 18 branches of the company. He is currently the Chief Operations Officer of Equity Savings & Loans Ltd. Isaac holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from Cape Coast University and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana-Legon. He has attended several courses in Banking, Management and Leadership. He is currently on Level (III) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Examination.
